  • Starter Kit & VIP

    As a New Brand Rep, I can purchase my Starter Kit at any time, correct?

    Correct. There is no time constraint for purchasing your Starter Kit. If the Starter Kit is purchased at the time of enrollment, the enrollment fee of $49 is waived.

    Brand Reps can only purchase one Starter Kit in their lifetime, correct?

    Correct.

    Auto Ship is included in the Starter Kit, correct?

    Correct. The Starter Kit includes a month's supply of Auto Ship product, and it will make you Active the month it is purchased. It includes one each of MIND, MOTION, Life Shotz No Sugar Capsules, VIBE Chiseled Chocolate and VIBE Viva Vanilla. Also, it includes two boxes of Life Shotz No Sugar.

    If my Auto Ship has not yet processed when I purchase the Starter Kit, can I change my Auto Ship run date to the following month since the Starter Kit includes Auto Ship product?

    Yes. In your Team Office, go to the Orders Tab and postpone your next Auto Ship.

    My Starter Kit will include (4) 2 Day Intro Packs and (4) The Four Year Career® books, correct?

    Correct. All (4) 2 Day Intro Packs will be shipped directly to you along with 2 copies of The Four Year Career and 2 copies of The Four Year Career® for Women.

    Do I have the option to bank these (4) 2 Day Intro Packs and books?

    No. The option to bank is not available with the Starter Kit. However, it is available with the VIP.

    How do I send a banked 2 Day Intro Pack to my prospect?

    The Prospect Manager section of your online office is where you will simply provide the name and address of each prospect in the Automated System, and the 2 Day Intro Pack will ship the following business day.

    What is the VIP?

    The VIP is an additional business building pack for Brand Reps who have already purchased the $399 Starter Kit.

    Is there an option to purchase the $399 Starter Kit and the $500 VIP together?

    Yes. If a Brand Rep has never purchased a Starter Kit, they can upgrade with both options from their Team Office.

    What will I receive with the VIP?

    The VIP includes (16) 2 Day Intro Packs, (16) copies of The Four Year Career® book, (1) FREE Event Ticket, (24) Months FREE of Automated Inviting System and Advanced Team Office. It also includes a monthly call with Chief Visionary Officer Richard Bliss Brooke.

    The VIP will not make me Active the month I purchase it, correct?

    Correct, you will need your Auto Ship to process the same month in order to be Active to earn commissions.

    Am I able to choose between The Four Year Career® and The Four Year Career® for Women?

    Yes. You will have the option to ship directly to you. (8) of The Four Year Career and (8) of The Four Year Career for Women. Or you can choose all (16) of The Four Year Career or all (16) of The Four Year Career for Women.

    Do I have the option to bank The Four Year Career® book instead?

    No. The Four Year Career books are shipped directly to you only.

    Can I purchase more Intro Packs & The Four Year Career® books to be banked?

    Yes. You can purchase more 2 Day Intro Packs and The Four Year Career books to be banked. In your Prospect Manager select “Add to Bank” and choose the quantity of each.

    Are both The Four Year Career® and The Four Year Career for Women® available to add to my Bank in the Automated Inviting System?

    Yes. When you add The Four Year Career book to your AIS Bank, you add a generic version but can select to ship either version.

    Shipping is automatically collected and charged to my credit card when my banked 2 Day Intro Pack is shipped to my prospect, correct?

    Correct. There will be 2 shipping methods to choose from: First Class US Mail $3.59 or US Priority $6.80. The shipping cost to Canada is $8.95 via USPG, for shipping 1 Pack. Shipping will go up if more than 1 Pack is shipped to the same prospect.

    Is there the option for my prospect to pay the shipping on the 2 Day Intro Pack if they accept it via the Video Opt-In option?

    Yes. You will have these 3 options to choose from when sending them the video in your AIS:

    • You offer the Intro Pack as a gift and you pay the shipping
    • You offer the Intro Pack as a gift and your prospect pays for shipping
    • Your prospect pays for the Intro Pack and shipping

    What is the difference between selecting First Class US Mail or US Priority?

    First Class US Mail will take 5-7 business days and no tracking is generated. The automated email series will start on an estimated delivery date.

    US Priority will take 2-3 business days and tracking information is generated. The automated email series will start when the package is delivered.

    Will my banked 2 Day Intro Packs be automatically shipped to me if my Automated Inviting System is inactive for a specific amount of time?

    Yes. Your remaining banked Intro Packs will be automatically shipped to you if your AIS has been inactive for 90 days. Shipping will be charged to your credit card on file, in AIS.

    How do I update my credit card information?

    You can update this in the Automated System section of the Prospect Manager by selecting “Edit Card Information.”

    Will my Free Ignition Ticket in my VIP be mailed to me?

    No. You can redeem your ticket by registering for the Ignition Event online.

    Can I carry over my Free Ignition Ticket to the next event following the event coming up?

    If your VIP is purchased within 3 months of the next event, you can use it on the next event following. If the VIP is purchased outside of the 3 months, it must be used on our next event.

    How man events are held each year?

    One event each year, typically in the Fall.

  • Starter Kit Bonus & VIP Bonuses

    How do I qualify for the $100 Starter Kit Bonus?

    Be Active that same month with a minimum $100 Auto Ship or have $185 in Individual Sales.

    When will I be paid this bonus if I am qualified to earn it?

    The following business day.

    Will I continue earning the $100 Starter Kit Bonus when I've personally sold a Starter Kit?

    Yes. You will earn the $100 Starter Kit Bonus each month as long as you are Active.

    Other than the Sponsor Bonus of $100, will there be anything else paid out on a Starter Kit?

    Yes. Unilevel of 7% will be paid out based on 90 BV to each qualified 3rd level and above Upline. That is a $6.30 Unilevel payout to each.

    Will the $100 Bonus be paid upline if I am not Active the same month I personally sell a Starter Kit?

    Yes. The $100 Bonus will heat-seek to the first qualified upline to be paid with monthly commissions.

    What is the VIP Bonus?

    The VIP Bonus is $200 on each VIP sold to your personally sponsored Brand Reps.

    How do I qualify for the VIP Bonus?

    Be and Active Brand Rep the same month the VIP is purchased, with an Auto Ship of $100 or $185 Individual Sales.

    If the sponsor of the VIP is not qualified to earn the $200 VIP Bonus, will the bonus be paid upline to the first qualified Brand Rep?

    Yes, and it will be paid with all other monthly commissions.

    Other than the $200 Bonus paid to the sponsor, will there be anything else paid out on a VIP?

    Yes. Unilevel of 7% will be paid out based on 90 BV to each qualified 3rd level and above Upline. That is a $6.30 Unilevel payout to each.

  • 10 Day Kit

    When one of my personally sponsored Brand Reps or Customers purchase a 10 Day Kit. What will I earn?

    You will earn a $15 bonus, paid daily, when your personal Brand Reps and Customers purchase this Kit.

    Will I also earn the Customer Bonus of 5% or 30% of my customers that purchase the 10 Day Kit, on top of the $15 bonus?

    Yes. You will earn both. The $15 bonus will be paid to you the following day of the purchase, if you are Active that month.

    What is the Bonus Volume of the 10 Day Reset?

    $60

    Is the 5% and 30% Customer Bonus based on the Bonus Volume of $60?

    Yes. When a Retail or Preferred Customer purchases the 10 Day Reset Kit, the Sponsor will earn either 5% ($3) or 30% ($18), on top of the $15 payout.

    Will the $60 Bonus Volume be paid out through Unilevel for Brand Reps?

    Yes. The 7% Unilevel will be paid Upline, which is $4.20 on each 10 Day Reset Kit.

    Do I need to purchase a 10 Day Kit myself in order to earn the $15 bonus?

    No, you only need to be Active that month.

    The 10 Day Kit does not count for me or my Sponsor to earn the 10% Retail Outlet Bonus, correct?

    Correct. If you or your personal Brand Rep purchases one or multiple 10 Day Kits, those sales do not count toward the Retail Outlet Bonus.

  • Star Bonuses

    What percent is paid on the first and second levels?

    The percent paid on your first and second-level sales depends on how you qualify. There is not a flat percent paid on all sales like most Unilevel plans. Instead, we have specific bonuses that are earned based on meeting certain sales requirements on your first and second levels. For example:

    • You can earn the 2 Star bonus of $50 (two personally sponsored Active Brand Reps).
    • You can move on to earn the 3 Star Bonus of $100 (three personally sponsored Active Brand Reps), plus free product, credited toward your following month’s Auto Ship.
    • You then move to 4 Star and above and can qualify to earn Bonuses of $200 to $1,200.

    How do I earn the $50 2 Star Bonus?

    Have two Active Brand Reps on your first level.

    How do I earn the $100 3 Star Bonus, plus free product?

    Have three Active Brand Reps on your first level.

    How do I earn the $200 4 Star Bonus, plus free product?

    $200 Core Bonus
    • Have three Active first-level Brand Reps
    • Maintain one first-level Qualified 3 Star
    • Have 10 Active Brand Reps anywhere on your first two levels

    How do I earn the $400 5 Star Bonus, plus free product?

    $400 Core Bonus
    • Have three Active first-level Brand Reps
    • Maintain two first-level Qualified 3 Stars
    • Have 20 or more Active Brand Reps anywhere on your first two levels

    How do I qualify for the 4 Star Fast Track Bonus?

    If you qualify as a 4 Star within your first full month, you will earn double the 4 Star Bonus. You will be paid $400.

    Example:

    You enroll as a Brand Rep on September 6th and you advance to 4 Star in October. October is considered your first full month, so you will earn the 4 Star Fast Track Bonus.

    To qualify for the 2 Star & 3 Star Bonuses, my Active Brand Reps have to be true first-level Reps, correct? They cannot compress from second-level?

    Correct. They must be true first level Brand Reps.

    To qualify at 4 Star and above, compression will apply to meet my requirement for the number Active on first and second level, correct?

    Correct. Any inactive Brand Reps on your second, third, or fourth levels will not hold a spot. If you have an inactive second-level Rep, your third-level will fill that spot.

    Free product for 3 Stars and above will be either $100 or $185, correct?

    Correct. There is no in-between amount deducted from Auto Ships.

  • Get 3 Yours is Free

    To qualify for the $100 free Auto Ship I must be an Active Brand Rep with a $100 Auto Ship and have 3 personally sponsored Brand Reps with at least a $100 Auto Ship each, correct?

    Correct.

    To qualify for the $185 free Auto Ship I must be an Active Brand Rep with a $185 Auto Ship and have 3 personally sponsored Brand Reps with at least a $185 Auto Ship each, correct?

    Correct.

    If my Auto Ship is more than $100 and less than $185, I am only eligible for $100 in free product, correct?

    Correct. The free product will be automatically credited on your next month’s Auto Shipment.

    Example:

    You qualify as a 3 Star in May with a $100 Auto Ship and your three Active Brand Reps have at least a $100 Auto Ship each. Your June Auto Ship will have $100 in product deducted.

    My Auto Ship is currently $135. I have 3 personally sponsored Brand Reps with Auto Ships of $185, in the same month. I will qualify for the $100 Auto Ship credit, which will be deducted from my next month’s Auto Ship, correct?

    Correct. And, if you would like to qualify for an Auto Ship credit of $185, you and your 3 personally sponsored Brand Reps would need to have Auto Ships of $185 in the same month. Starting the following month, you would receive a $185 Auto Ship credit.

    If my Auto Ship is $185 and my 3 Active Brand Reps have Auto Shipments ranging from $100 to $185, I will receive $100 off my next Auto Ship, correct?

    Correct.

    When an Auto Ship discount is received, will the sales and volume be reduced on that order as well?

    No, the sales and volume will remain the same, which benefits everyone.

    Example:

    Your Auto Ship is $135 and you receive a $100 discount. You pay $35 for the product and your qualifying sales will remain $135. Your Volume will also remain the same, so your Auto Ship will count for your Sponsor to receive a discount, and the Upline will earn Unilevel on the entire Volume.

  • Life Matters Leadership

    To qualify at Silver, how many 4 Stars do I need in each leg?

    You will need one 4 Star in each of 2 legs.

  • Unilevel Bonuses

    The Unilevel Bonus is based on my Brand Rep's Individual Volume, correct?

    Correct. The Volume from the Brand Rep's personal orders only.

    Is there a limit on the number of Brand Reps I will earn Unilevel on, if I am a qualified 4 Star or above?

    There is no limit. If you are a qualified 4 Star and you have 20 Active Brand Reps on your third-level, for example, you will earn 7% Unilevel on all 20 Brand Reps.

    I am a Qualified 4 Star. I will earn 7% Unilevel on the Customers who are sponsored by my third-level Brand Reps, correct?

    Correct.

    My Upline will earn 7% Unilevel on my first 4 Customers with the highest sales, and I will earn a 5% bonus on those four Customers, correct?

    Correct. This 7% Unilevel will work the same as it does on Brand Reps. You can refer to the Unilevel Bonus section on pg.15 of the Compensation Plan.

    Is there Unilevel commissions paid on a Starter Kit and a VIP?

    Yes, the Starter Kit and VIP each include 90 BV so there will be a $6.30 Unilevel payout to the 3rd level and above upline.

    Upline Unilevel commissions are not earned on my 5+ Customers that I’ve earned 30% on, correct?

    Correct, this is only earned on your first 4 Customers who you earned 5% on.

  • Leadership Depth Bonus

    When do I start to earn Infinity and is it never-ending?

    Infinity can be earned at the position of Platinum National. Infinity will pay until someone else can earn it.

  • Customer Bonus

    There is no limit to the number of Customers I can earn the 30% Bonus on, correct?

    Correct. You will earn this on your fifth Customer and on.

    I will earn the 5% and/or the 30% bonus on top of the Retail Profit, on my Retail Customers, correct?

    Correct.

    Does Unilevel pay on my Customers that I have the 30% Bonus on?

    No, Unilevel will only pay on the Customers that have paid out as 5%.

  • Retail Profit

    The 10 Day Kit does not count for me or my Sponsor to earn the 10% Retail Outlet Bonus, correct?

    Correct. If you or your personal Brand Rep purchases one or multiple 10 Day Kits, those sales do not count toward the Retail Outlet Bonus.

    Will I earn the 10% rebate on my personally sponsored Brand Rep who has $750 in Individual Sales in one month if I am only Active with a $100 Auto Ship?

    Yes, you will earn the 10% rebate on your Brand Rep with $750 as long as you are Active with a $100 Auto Ship or $185 Individual Sales.

    The 10% rebate on personal orders of $750 or more is not earned on Starter Kit, correct?

    Correct.

    Do I earn both the 10% commission and the 10% rebate if I order $750 in product and my first-level Brand Rep does the same?

    Yes.

    If my personal Brand Rep orders $750 in product in one month, and his volume is $675, will I earn 10% of the $675 as long as I’m Active?

    Yes, you will earn 10% on the full $675.

    If I earn 10% on the $675, will only 50% of the $675 be paid Upline through Unilevel?

    Yes.

    How much do I personally need to order to qualify to earn the 10% rebate?

    You would need to have Individual Sales of at least $750 in order to qualify for the 10% cash rebate.

    How much Retail Profit will I earn if my Customer places an order directly with the company?

    Your Retail Profit for orders placed directly through Life Matters will be the difference between the wholesale and retail price.

    Example 1: If your Customer places an order for 10 boxes on your Life Matters website, you will receive the following retail profit:

    10 boxes x $35 Customer Price = $350
    Retail Mark-Up = $10 per box
    TOTAL RETAIL PROFIT = $100

    Example 2: If that same Customer is your 5th or higher (rank based on sales in the current month) Customer, you will receive an additional 30% Bonus:

    10 boxes x $35 Customer Price = $350
    Retail Profit = $100
    Additional 30% Bonus (based on Bonus Volume) of $22.50/box = $67.50
    TOTAL PROFIT = $167.50

    Will I earn Retail Profit and the Customer Bonus when my Retail Customer orders product?

    Yes, the Retail Profit will be paid to you the next business day after the order is placed and the Customer Bonus of 5% or 30% will be paid with your monthly commissions.

    EXAMPLE: Your Customer orders 3 boxes of Life Shotz at $35 each. Your Retail Profit will be $10/box, and if this is one of your first 4 Customers, you will also earn the 5% Customer Bonus (based on Bonus Volume) of $3.37, for a total of $33.37 earned on that Customer.

  • Oxyfresh Affiliate

    If I'm Active in Life Matters, do I need to be Active in Oxyfresh to earn commissions on my Oxyfresh sales?

    Yes. You must have a minimum of $50 in Oxyfresh sales.

  • Bonus Summary

    When does the Starter Kit bonus, the VIP bonus and Retail Profit pay out?

    Daily to your Life Matters Pre-Paid Commission Card.

    Will I automatically receive my Life Matters Pre-Paid Commission Card for electronic commission downloading or do I have to request one?

    When Brand Reps enroll they will receive a personalized Life Matters Pre-Paid Commission Card as part of their Brand Rep Enrollment Kit, mailed separately by our banking partner. Instructions for activation and use will be included.

    Will a Commission Card be issued for each of my dependents if we enroll as a Family Membership?

    Yes, each account will be issued its own card, and commissions earned will be loaded to their online wallet, on Paylution.com.

    Will I be given a PIN to use at an ATM?

    Yes. For your security, you will receive your Pre-Paid Commission Card's PIN through a separate mailing directly from the issuing bank.

    Is there an option to receive commissions by check instead of the Pre-Paid Commission Card?

    Yes. There is a $6 monthly processing fee for commissions issued by check.

    Do I need to sign up to receive email notifications of earned commissions and bonuses?

    Yes. You may elect to receive email notifications by logging into your Paylution account.

    A Brand Rep who maintains a $100 Auto Ship or $185 Individual Sales within the calendar month. Customer sales DO NOT count toward your Active requirements.

    A Brand Rep who DOES NOT maintain the Individual Sales requirements within the calendar month.

    $399 Starter Kit

    The Starter Kit contains (4) 2 Day Intro Packs, (4) copies of The Four Year Career® book, first month's product order, 1 Month Free Advanced Office, and 1 Month Free Automated Inviting System. All (4) 2 Day Intro Packs and the (4) The Four Year Career books will be shipped directly to you. The Starter Kit sets you up for success and helps you focus on what really matters: growing your business quickly.

    AUTO SHIP

    A pre-set and authorized monthly order processed and shipped to you each month.

    INDIVIDUAL SALES

    The dollar amount of all purchases placed by an individual Brand Rep. It DOES NOT include support materials, enrollment fees, website fees, renewal fees, event fees, or sales from all Customers.

    PERSONAL SALES

    Includes your personal purchases plus the purchases of your personally sponsored Customers.

    TOTAL SALES

    The combined Personal Sales including Starter Kit of all Brand Reps and Customers (including Preferred) at all levels in your group.

    UNILEVEL DYNAMIC COMPRESSION

    Sales on each level are calculated based on who is Active in the specific month. Inactive Brand Reps do not “take up” a level. Those who are Active move up to fill those levels for that particular month.

    ADVANCED TEAM OFFICE

    Automated Inviting System, advanced reports, self-replicating Brand Rep website and other cool marketing tools.

    What is the price structure for Life Shotz?

    A box of 10 packets is $25 for all Brand Reps and Preferred Customers and $35 for Retail Customers.

    What is the price structure for VIBE?

    The bulk bag of VIBE is $50 for Brand Reps and Preferred Customers and $70 for Retail Customers. The 15 single serving box is $55 for Brand Reps and Preferred Customers and $75 for Retail Customers.

    What is the price structure for MIND?

    A box of MIND packets is $50 for Brand Reps and Preferred Customers and $70 for Retail Customers.

    What is the price structure for MOTION?

    A bottle of MOTION is $50 for Brand Reps and Preferred Customers and $70 for Retail Customers.

    What is the price structure and contents of the 10 Day Kit?

    This Kit is $99 for everyone, both Brand Reps and Customers. This includes 5 single servings of VIBE Viva Vanilla, 5 single servings of VIBE Chiseled Chocolate, 1 box of Life Shotz No Sugar, 10 MIND packets, 1 Shaker Bottle and a program brochure all packaged in a custom box.

    If I joined through Life Matters, can I order Oxyfresh products?

    Yes. You have the option of choosing from the Top 10 Oxyfresh products and adding them to your Life Matters auto shipment. Although, they don't count toward your auto ship sales for Active requirement. You can also shop on Oxfresh.com with your email address and Life Matters password to log in.

    Shipping Information

    How fast will I get my shipment of Life Matters?

    All shipments to the contiguous United States ship out using SurePost. The delivery time is 5-7 business days and does include Saturday.

    All orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska ship out using US Priority. The delivery time usually between 2-3 business days and does include Saturday. US Priority does not guarantee 2-3 business days but this is the typical delivery time.

    Order by 10:30am Pacific and Life Matters ships your order the same day.

    Worldwide Online Ordering*

    Does Life Matters ship its products worldwide?

    Regardless of where you live, you may purchase almost any of Life Matters outstanding products for your own personal use (retail orders only). *Due to regulatory restrictions, some products may not be available for retail purchase in your area.

    What are my date options for Auto Ship?

    Your Auto Ship will be processed, charged and shipped at the time of setup. Your next auto shipment will be processed 30 days from the day of setup. (Except when an Auto Ship is setup after the 25th of the month, it would then process on the 25th of the following month.)

    Example: My Auto Ship is set up on March 5th. My next auto shipment will process on April 5th.

    Example: My Auto Ship is set up on March 28th. My next auto shipment will process on April 25th.

    If I would like my next month’s Auto Ship processed on a different day than what it’s currently scheduled for, how do I go about changing it?

    In your online Team Office, choose to edit your Auto Ship and then choose to “Change Your Auto Ship Date.” Click on the calendar and select your new date.

    If I enroll with the $49 Enrollment in February and purchase a Starter Kit in March, will the first $49 be adjusted on my account?

    No. The Starter Kit must be purchased at the time of enrollment in order for the Enrollment fee to be free.

    How much does it cost to enroll as a Brand Rep?

    $49

    Do I receive any product with my enrollment of $49?

    No. There is no product with the enrollment. You will receive a welcome email that promotes the Exclusive Training Center.

    What is the annual renewal fee?

    The annual renewal fee is $20 for all Brand Reps.

    I am currently a 2 Star and have 3 Active Brand Reps this month. When will my Rank Advancement of 3 Star reflect on my Online Dashboard?

    The following business day.

    What is the difference between a Preferred Customer and a Retail Customer?

    Preferred Customers are Customers who are on Auto Ship every month. We process payment and ship directly to the Preferred Customer. They pay wholesale price.
    Retail Customers are those who order Life Matters directly from the Company and are not on a monthly Auto Ship. They pay retail price and we give you the retail profit.

    Is there any incentive for my Preferred Customers to remain on Auto Ship?

    Yes. They will continue paying wholesale vs retail if they remain on Auto Ship. This is a 28% savings on all products!

    If my Customer is on Auto Ship, will they receive wholesale prices automatically?

    Yes, and they are considered a Preferred Customer.

    If my Customer suspends their Auto Ship for three months and places a separate order during that time, retail price will apply, correct?

    Correct.

    Preferred Customers can maintain any size Auto Ship, correct?

    Correct. There is no minimum.

    Do Preferred Customers pay an annual renewal fee?

    No, there are no annual fees for Customers.

    How would I switch from a Brand Rep to a Preferred Customer if I decide not to renew?

    Send the Life Matters Corporate Office your signed request to downgrade and note that you release your current downline organization.

    If I switch to a Preferred Customer, my existing Brand Reps and Customers will no longer be sponsored by me, correct?

    Correct.

  • Commission Card

    Do I need to request a Commission Card when I enroll?

    No. It is automatically generated and mailed to you separate from your Enrollment Kit items. You will receive it within 10 business days.

    Will my card need to be activated when I receive it?

    Yes. The instructions for activating your card will be included with your card, along with instructions to activate your online wallet, at Paylution.com/lifematters.

    Will commissions automatically be loaded onto to my card initially, or to my online wallet?

    Your commissions will be loaded to your online wallet, but you can set it to where funds are automatically loaded to your card. When you activate your online Paylution Account you can set funds to transfer through the auto-transfer section of their website.

    Is there a cost to me when Daily bonuses are loaded to my card?

    No, there is no cost to you.

    When are earned Commissions loaded onto my card?

    On the 15th of every month.

    Is there a fee for loading funds onto my card on the 15th of every month?

    Yes, there is a $2 transactional fee that will be applied against your commissions.

    Do I have to obtain a Pre-Paid Commission Card?

    No, you can choose to OPT OUT by calling Customer Service and letting them know that you prefer to receive a check. If you opt out of the Pre-Paid Commission Card, daily Bonuses are added to your monthly commissions check.

    When are checks mailed?

    Yes. Once there is more than $2 to load, it will go through. If you have earned less than $2, nothing will be loaded until there is more than $2 to load.

    RETAIL PROFIT AND PREFERRED CUSTOMERS

    FIRST. You can sell Life Matters products to anyone directly and keep the profit. Many Brand Reps carry a small inventory of products for their direct Customers. Life Matters has suggested retail pricing on each product. Brand Reps may also choose to set their own pricing. Brand Reps are responsible for collecting sales tax and other necessary record-keeping measures.

    SECOND. You may direct anyone to set up a Customer Account under your Distributorship. They can purchase directly from Life Matters and the company will process the order, collect payments and ship the products. You will receive the difference between Life Matters’ suggested retail prices and the wholesale price.

    PREFERRED CUSTOMERS

    Preferred Customers are Customers who are on Auto Ship every month. They pay wholesale prices as long as they maintain their Auto Ship.

    Those ordering directly through your Life Matters website will receive regular sales and educational email correspondence from the company designed to generate consistent sales and referrals.
