If I joined through Life Matters, can I order Oxyfresh products?
Yes. You have the option of choosing from the Top 10 Oxyfresh products and adding them to your Life Matters auto shipment. Although, they don't count toward your auto ship sales for Active requirement. You can also shop on Oxfresh.com with your email address and Life Matters password to log in.
How fast will I get my shipment of Life Matters?
All shipments to the contiguous United States ship out using SurePost. The delivery time is 5-7 business days and does include Saturday.
All orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska ship out using US Priority. The delivery time usually between 2-3 business days and does include Saturday. US Priority does not guarantee 2-3 business days but this is the typical delivery time.

What are my date options for Auto Ship?
Your Auto Ship will be processed, charged and shipped at the time of setup. Your next auto shipment will be processed 30 days from the day of setup. (Except when an Auto Ship is setup after the 25th of the month, it would then process on the 25th of the following month.)
Example: My Auto Ship is set up on March 5th. My next auto shipment will process on April 5th.
Example: My Auto Ship is set up on March 28th. My next auto shipment will process on April 25th.
If I would like my next month’s Auto Ship processed on a different day than what it’s currently scheduled for, how do I go about changing it?
In your online Team Office, choose to edit your Auto Ship and then choose to “Change Your Auto Ship Date.” Click on the calendar and select your new date.
If I enroll with the $49 Enrollment in February and purchase a Starter Kit in March, will the first $49 be adjusted on my account?
No. The Starter Kit must be purchased at the time of enrollment in order for the Enrollment fee to be free.
How much does it cost to enroll as a Brand Rep?
Do I receive any product with my enrollment of $49?
No. There is no product with the enrollment. You will receive a welcome email that promotes the Exclusive Training Center.
What is the annual renewal fee?
The annual renewal fee is $20 for all Brand Reps.
I am currently a 2 Star and have 3 Active Brand Reps this month. When will my Rank Advancement of 3 Star reflect on my Online Dashboard?

What is the difference between a Preferred Customer and a Retail Customer?
Preferred Customers are Customers who are on Auto Ship every month. We process payment and ship directly to the Preferred Customer. They pay wholesale price.
Retail Customers are those who order Life Matters directly from the Company and are not on a monthly Auto Ship. They pay retail price and we give you the retail profit.
Is there any incentive for my Preferred Customers to remain on Auto Ship?
Yes. They will continue paying wholesale vs retail if they remain on Auto Ship. This is a 28% savings on all products!
If my Customer is on Auto Ship, will they receive wholesale prices automatically?
Yes, and they are considered a Preferred Customer.
If my Customer suspends their Auto Ship for three months and places a separate order during that time, retail price will apply, correct?
Preferred Customers can maintain any size Auto Ship, correct?
Correct. There is no minimum.
Do Preferred Customers pay an annual renewal fee?
No, there are no annual fees for Customers.
How would I switch from a Brand Rep to a Preferred Customer if I decide not to renew?
Send the Life Matters Corporate Office your signed request to downgrade and note that you release your current downline organization.
If I switch to a Preferred Customer, my existing Brand Reps and Customers will no longer be sponsored by me, correct?
